1.Why Do You Need Pallet Ultrasonic Cleaner?
Many pqople keep looking for effective way to clean Pallet,however only a few people realize that ultrasonic cleaning is the best way for Pallet cleaning.
Ultrasonic cleaner is using ultrasonic wave for cleaning which frequency is over 20KHz. When ultrasonic wave come into water or other liquid, it will cause cavitation among water. Cavitation will cause millions of bubble rising and breaking. When bubble is breaking around Pallet, high pressure will appear in the near zone which will peel the molecular level contaminant from thePallet including solder pastes and uncured SMT adhesives.
Besides, ultrasonic cleaning will keep same intensity in every direction of Pallet.
2.How To Clean Stencil.
(1) Fill the tank with the proper chemistry and turn on the heat.
(2) Ensure that the stencil to be cleaned doesn't trap any air. If all surfaces are not wetted with liquid, the ultrasonic energy won't be fully effective.
(3) Activate the ultrasonic energy by turning the system on.
(4)When the cycle ends, remove the cleaned stencil and ensure that it is completely drained and free of all soils.
(5)Thoroughly rinse the part with clean water, again wetting all surfaces.
(6)Dry the stencil by evaporation, air-drying, or forced hot air.
